The Northeast Resiliency Consortium is a network of community colleges in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states that focuses on job training for underserved communities that have faced hardships such as natural disasters or regional economic downturns. They specifically coordinate workforce training in the health care, environmental and technology sectors.
